Echoing the wisdom and wonders of the natural world I create purposefully designed outdoor places to support healthy people and a sustainable environment.

My signature projects include the ‘Healing Gardens’ at the Queensland Children’s Hospital in Brisbane; the ‘Therapeutic Landscapes’ at Meir Medical Center, one of Israel’s largest hospitals; and the ‘Nature that Nurtures’ vision for Victoria Park, Brisbane’s grandest park redevelopment for 50 years.

My research now serves to consolidate my practical expertise and interrogates the role of purposefully designed therapeutic hospital gardens for the health benefits of many and society at large.
